
Ingredients
3 big spoonfuls plain yogurt
2 dollops almond butter
splash of maple syrup
generous dash of cinnamon
small squirt of lemon juice or sprinkle of lemon crystals
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir well. Taste and adjust as needed. Serve with fruit and/or graham wafers.
