Very Berry Smoothie

Mmm!

Ingredients

1 cup milk (any kind)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
handful of strawberries
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 tablespoons chia seeds
splash of vanilla extract
a few ice cubes

Instructions

Combine and blend!
