Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This photogenic pudding is easy to make and very delicious.

1 cup milk (any kind)
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt


Combine the wet ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again, stopping to stir when needed. Use another splash of maple syrup if it’s too thick. When smooth and creamy, scoop out and serve. Keeps well in the fridge for a few days.
