
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk (any kind)
1 cup mango
1 banana
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (or more, to taste)
Dash of black pepper (tastes best with a generous pinch)
A few ice cubes
Instructions
Combine and blend! Mmm. Makes two servings.
