
Ingredients
2 ripe pears, diced (quite soft is best)
1 avocado, diced
2 teaspoons lime juice
generous dash of salt
a handful of spinach for each bowl
Instructions
Combine pears and avocado in a bowl and toss with lime juice and salt. Serve over spinach. It’s best to eat this salad right away – it doesn’t keep very well. Serves two as a side-salad.
