
Ingredients
1 cup milk (any kind)
1 cup kale
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon cardamom, or to taste
small splash of vanilla extract
5 ice cubes or so
Instructions
Combine and blend! Makes two servings.
