Hot Banana Salad

bananasalad
Banana, sesame oil, cumin, salt.

Ingredients
2 bananas (very ripe works well)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of cayenne, to taste
drizzle of maple syrup
2/3 cup (ish!) leftover rice (already cooked)

Instructions
Peel and chop bananas. Fry bananas with spices in sesame oil, for a few minutes on each side. Heat leftover rice in the microwave, then add bananas and a drizzle of syrup. This makes a delicious quick snack. Serves 1.
