Chocolate Chip Cookies

cookies!
Yum, yum.

Ingredients
2 sticks unsalted butter, melted and just warm to the touch
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons skim milk powder
1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix together the melted butter and sugars in a large bowl, until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla and stir until combined.

Mix in the flour, milk powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda until just combined. Add the chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.

Portion small scoops of dough about 2 to 3 inches apart onto a lined or greased baking tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown. In my experience, less time is better!
