
Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1 banana
3/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
splash of lemon juice
Instructions
Combine and blend! If you’re using fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes. If the fruit is frozen, there’s no need for ice cubes. Makes two servings.
